Governance and Leadership

The Institute is governed by a Board of Directors (currently four members) under New Jersey nonprofit law. The current board is provisional, and its members are aware of this status; the Institute expects to expand and formalize its governance as it enters its first operating phase.

For the Institute’s proposed pilot program, Andres M. Gomez-Jimenez (Founder and President) serves as Project Leader, and Giovanna Vilorio (Board Director) as Project Co-Leader.
